Search is Real-Time Customer Intention July 20, 2006

There is no question that search gives us real-time information into customer intention. However, the question becomes can companies that can satisfy these intentions with products and services respond to the onslaught of efficient captured and forwarded intentions (leads). The answer today is no. Why do I say that? There is little connectivity between search (advertising and marketing) and sales. We are solving that problem with state-of-the-art lead management.
